Manhattan native, Zobel is a humble, award winning chef. Having picked up a serious set of chops cooking in New Orleans, Boston and Martha's Vinyard, he garnered an incredible amout of press and critical acclaim as Executive Chef in New York's Triomphein. Moving to South Florida, he has continued to generate media attention and join Big City Tavern in 2015.
Founded in 1993 by Todd Herbst, Bill Watson and Lisabet Summa, Big Time Restaurant Group is a South Florida-based restaurant operator with six distinct concepts that appeal to a broad range of customers. Offering a variety of stylish, relaxed and inviting options, their restaurants are premier destinations for cocktails, dining and events.
