Now What? Thank You! We are in the process of organizing all of the information as we prepare to take over the marketing and communications for Doorstep Delivery on January 2, 2014.
Here is a brief overview of the next steps that will be taking place in the transition. Our team will be here everystep of the way to ensure that operations continue seamlessly, while we all adjust to our new working relationship.
Our promise: We promise to do our best to accommodate your needs and be considerate of your timing. Our agency has been preparing for this project for weeks and hope that our high level of organization is already apparent to you. We know that everyone has questions, requests and needs with varying degrees of urgency. We assure you, we are doing our best to get everyone, everything they need. You are a priority to us and our dedicated team is here to serve you.
Transitional Time Table: Here is an idea of how we intend to process, rollout and complete the initial set-up for your services.
Week 12/28-1/6: Complete receiving and processing of materials. Granted access to social media accounts and initial individual market calls scheduled and completed to ensure all of the information is correctly programmed.
Date 1/6: Transitional Materials Presented. New brand starter kits will be made available. Let's make the transition easy with these discounted packaged product collections for initial brand transition. Orders made on 1/6-1/8 will be delivered between 1/13/-1/15.
Date 1/9: Initial Social Media Posts + Final Material Templates Presented. With social media access company wide, we will begin daily management as well as providing access to new material ordering portal for custom new materials.
Date 1/10: Services Fully Operational. Services will be coming online individually for each city depending on registration responses. By 1/10 every city will be required to have completed the process and services should be fully operational.
Week of 1/27-1/31: First Month Recap Calls. Please be prepared for your first monthly call with your account representatives from Experimar. They will be emailing to schedule with you.
By 2/28: New Brand Adaptation. All branches will be expected to convert fully to new brand marks by 2/28. This allows for eight full weeks to prepare for conversion, order new materials and new hardware that maybe needed to complete conversion.
