Isaac Cerny is the chef de cuisine for Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach. After graduating from the Florida Culinary Institute, Cerny’s culinary career quickly took off. He worked under award-winning Chef Zach Bell at Daniel Boulud’s Café Boulud in Palm Beach. For four years, Cerny mastered the art of cuisine creation under the careful tutelage of Bell, earning him the needed proficiency to venture out on his own as a personal chef on a private yacht. Cerny returned to West Palm Beach where he found his next big break at Pistache French Bistro. Starting off at Pistache as a sauté and grill line chef, his incredible talent and strong determination became immediately evident. After his one-year anniversary at Pistache, Cerny was named chef de cuisine.
