PLEASE NOTE THE FESTIVAL TICKET POLICY: All Festival events are individually ticketed. You MUST be confirmed to the respective events or you will not have access. Please fill out the ticket request form by checking the appropriate boxes for the events you would like to cover. Due to extremely limited capacity, we cannot guarantee that your team will be granted access to all portions of all requested events.
IMPORTANT: You will be notified of your accreditation status by Friday, November 29, 2013. Confirmation will be sent electronically. Please note that emails do not always go through and the Festival cannot guarantee you will receive these emails. It is the responsibility of the applicant to follow up with the press office to ensure they receive confirmation regarding their press status.
1. Complete the Media Registration Application and Media Ticket Request form no later than Friday, November 22, 2013.
2. PLEASE NOTE: Not all ticket requests can be accommodated and you will be notified of your accreditation status and approved ticket access by Friday, November 29, 2013.
3. The media office will confirm your request via email.
